Meet the Team
Meet Jernej Masnec, your local connection in Dubrovnik. Hailing originally from Slovenia, he started as a guide and hotel representative for a Slovenian Travel Agency in Dubrovnik before he moved there permanently in 1999 when he started college. His family worked in tourism so he was raised in this sector and what he likes most about it is discovering new places and also helping other people and giving them some memories that are out of ordinary and can be remembered for their whole life. He works in tourism because it's active and always different - in other words you never know what you're going to get.
He finished American College for Management and Technology in New York in 2004 with a senior project in Adrenaline Parks in Croatia. He was employed immediately in Nature Park Prevlaka and started on a project of building an adrenaline park. In 2005 he decided to establish his own company - Dubrovnik Premium Services - which began to deal with an increasing demand for teambuilding programs and corporate events. Having been working in tourism his whole life, he was ready to develop his own travel agency to serve the independent travel market. In his free time he enjoys playing string instruments, including the ukulele and guitar, and of course travelling!
What We Do
Dubrovnik Premium Services was established in 2005 and is a member of the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies (UHPA). Our philosophy is to follow the principles of high business ethics and consider the personal approach as the key to success. We offer travellers a variety of options and meet customer's needs and wants by tailoring services that fits them best. We also promote a strong emphasis on the environment - always focusing on even the smallest details with the perspective: "If we do this, what will it mean in 20 years?" We aren't big fans of huge hotels and big hotel chains where everything is uniformed, so we carefully select our partners offering what is best for travellers and for our destination.
